Great headset, I love steel series. This is my second pair and I couldn’t be happier. Their headsets have great sound quality and they are super comfortable. Definitely more comfortable than turtle beach.

This headset is absolutely amazing. I use it for PC gaming and answering calls on my work phone. Sound and audio quality is seriously top notch, plus it's very comfortable. Worth every penny!

The sound on these is amazing, the bass boost is strong as well. The Mids and Trebles are crystal clear for gaming (turn off dynamic range compression.) However, the headset has input lag CONSTANTLY. I am running through USB 3.0 Port w/ a 5.0 Ghz processor and I'm only running 20% max CPU usage at any given time and no RAM issues (I have 32Gb at 3000mhz), so its not the PC because I have tested older headphones to confirm. This is a HUGE issue for me as Discord is my primary chat service and the Artic Pro's simply couldn't handle it. I had to upgrade due to technical issues and for the price point I would recommend another product.

I’m deaf and wear cochlear’s and if i can hear footsteps while playing games you can too. Also, great to wear glasses with. I would get the wireless version though less of a hassle to deal with.

Great service by your employee ! Search everywhere for the hesd phoned he wouldn't take cant find them anywhere he searched for i know 15 to 20 minutes and came bs k with them.

In my opinion the best bang for buck headset, I’ve tried several different brands and couldn’t find any that were both comfortable and have great sound for gaming or just listening to music

Very comfortable and great sound. I love the controls, they feel well-made and intuitive. Very lifelike, big step up from my last (JVC) headphones.

Excellent quality gaming headset but just go buy the Arctis 5 and save 75 cuz I owned both and there’s really not a lot different.but if the money isn’t a problem I would highly recommend it.

After a bit of use your ears might start to hurt it isn’t the comfiest but it’s definitely a good product.

I tried different headsets but this one is the most comfy for me so far. Good fit and soft ear pieces. I am ok with it being wired but others may prefer wireless once.

Most comfortable headset I have warn. I have large gauges in my ears so a headset is tough for me and this is really comfortable. Warm for hours with no issues, sound quality is great!

If youre going to spending $200 get the asto a40s nothibg compares on the market still

*READ THE INSTRUCTIONS* Reading the instructions is very important in setting up these headphones. There are 2 different inputs that will come up when using them with a computer. One input for sound and the other for voice chat. The USB is also the only option to use these headphones on pc, although there is an adapter for a 3.5mm jack for mobile or other devices. If you are looking for a good pair of headphones, these are a pair you would want. On the contrary, if you are looking for a good microphone, there are better options to choose from. I’ve had these headphones for about a month now and am satisfied with the sound quality.

Excellent sound quality. Works well with Dolly Atmos or DTS. Comfortable enough but earcups are a bit difficult to adjust once they're already on your head

All round awesome headset, plays music very well and games sound great, very comfortable. Short and dirty, buy them you won't be disappointed

After almost 2 years of owning these, I had to return them through the warranty service. The sound is comparable to the Astro A40/50. My big issue was that Steelseries big selling point on these were the noise cancelation. The entire time that I owned them, friends frequently brought up background noise and even me swallowing. The windsock made no difference and the mic sensitivity was set to minimum. Once I started streaming, the mic could no longer be tolerated so I switched back to the a50s with no regret. For the price, the wired arctis pros stand up to their competition. They just didn't work out for me.

Purchased for my son on Christmas.. He loves the performance. The mic is clear and the ear cuffs are comfortable. The tuck away mic boom is a plus when storing. The led lights give a nice look to the smooth finish.

The only thing I did not like about this headset is I felt the retractable mic is a bit short other than that I love the headset. Loud and clear audio.
