Randomly quit playing sound out of left side. I take great care of my stuff and never dropped/damaged. Very disappointed in the longevity of these.

They are very comfortable and the mic is good quality. The issue lies in the design. Simply google the name of this headset and "crack" for endless pictures of this products failure point. By putting the swivel point at an awkward angle on the headset instead of using more material, their is an abnormally large amount of stress placed on the swivel point. The casing of the headphones cannot handle the amount of stress and will crack anywhere from 2 weeks to 2 months in. I went through multiple pairs in 6 months before switching to the wireless HyperX headset. I do wish the build was better since the sound and mic quality on the Arctis Pro is superior to my current headset. This headset will likely work for smaller heads.

The connection points are a bit of a weak point if you are not careful and the plastic can snap free. Other then that the software is decent and the sound quality is pretty good. The overall build quality felt good till around the ear cups.

Although the headset was great, the features weren’t usable on the PS5. I bought these as an alternative and they sound way better than my platinum headset. You can hear footsteps in front, behind, or next to you. Only flaw is you can’t really control the chat/game sound on the PS5.

This was also my first SteelSeries headset. Could not be happier with this purchase. This headset is extremely comfortable and the custom lighting ability for ear covers and mic is awesome. Highly recommend.
