The sound quality and comfort of these headphones is great, as one would expect paying for headphones in this price bracket. However, after very little use over about 6 weeks of owning these the left speaker has stopped working. The SteelSeries customer support, or lack thereof, has been also very disappointing. The poor reliability and lack of support from SteelSeries has prompted me to share my experience with others. Either look at a different set of headphones, or make sure you invest in the protection plan for these.

Would recommend this headset to anyone I use it for gaming, work and listening to music. It is a great headset, comfortable and also love the lights.

I found that the wire can be a bit cumbersome, other than that small grip these are very good headset. Comfortable, good sound reproduction. Really top rate.

Perfect mic quality and sound audio, also comes with some adapters if you also wanted to use it on a controller or listen on a mobile device if it has a jack port.

Crystal clear audio, great for gaming or watching a movie. The ability to tun down a fellow gamer without turning down the game is great.

You can get similar quality from a $70 headset at best busy. Also the ear cups aren't very deep, so they may hurt your ears, but the discord mic quality is very crisp. The mic is corded and I haven't really found a good way to set it up since it's a 2 part cord that's kind of short. The connector isn't one I've seen before, so it may be proprietary and hard to find a replacement if it falls.

Absolutely no cons, happy with my purchase, would've gotten the one with the dac but not an audiophile so I settled for these!

The build is really good quality. The audio is a lot better then most things in them price range. It's a good all-around headset.

I was going to buy these headphones at full price with the discount a steal. I use it with the steelseries dac for hi res audio fun.

Not very sturdy. Broke for no reason. Not dropped or damaged by me.

I had a turtle beach before this and honestly there’s a large gap in quality. This is a much better headset in all categories.

Good headset for average gamer, pretty easy to set up. I would not recommend the accessory package for different sides and headband, just not worth it.

These headphones are great. They have a good sound quality and the microphone is very good. I use mine for PC gaming. I would definitely recommend these!

Good quality and I like the included mixing dial, but the wired connection is a bit wonky.
