Before buying, read lots of reviews about headset and truthfully expected more out of them, especially at the premium price point. Lacked the range of sound, I am use to, particularly in the bass.

This is a fair product I expected more good quality but I did not like it very much for my gaming experience.

Not a terrible pair of headphones, but the earcups are quite small. I suppose they're meant to be "on ear" and not "over ear" but that gets extremely uncomfortable after a while.

The reason I gave it three stars is because these are made of plastic and the head phones broke within 6 months, and they are expensive!

It was great at first but it started having issues with the mic. Come to find out, it's an issue with the manufacturer. the audio output is great though

The quality was ok but after 2 months of using them for PS4 I had to keep changing the audio output and input on the PS4. So I had to return them.

In my 15 years of using headphones, this takes the cake for the absolute WORST PRODUCT I have ever had the misfortune of touching my ears. If you want a sharp white noise in the background 24/7, then GO RIGHT AHEAD! Steelseries GG is a GOOD GAME for headphones users, every time i attempt to launch the software my computer flickers and this results in a HARD reboot of my computer. By default, the audio sounds like a boiled lobster swimming into a ravine with a piece of aluminum attached to its chest. Turning the sidetone off results in a slight change, but NOTHING SIGNIFICANT. If you want your 150-dollar paycheck to go into a black hole, go RIGHT AHEAD WITH THIS PURCHASE. Good Day! Horrendous product.

Honestly one of the worst headsets I’ve used in a while. Cheap materials, ok sound quality and a mic that mutes itself for no reason. It looks nice with the RGB lighting but other than that it’s not great. I’ll stick to razer products from now on.

The mic/headset sounded pretty good, but after a week it started to crackle when the usb cable moved. The cable is very thin and easy to get wound up in a mess from constant use. Definitely not a headset for professional use.

I tinkered with this headset for 6 hours. I updated drivers, downloaded the software, changed the audio profile, tried several different suggestions online, but no matter what I did it sounded like a tin can. Real hollow sound with very little base. It may have just been a bad headset, but I had to return it and don't plan on purchasing any more products from SteelSeries.

These are not my favorite. I prefer Hyper X all day. These are so comfortable, but they are extremely treble heavy and honestly the audio presentation is one of the worst I've tried.
