I consider myself an audiophile. I am into high-res music, and compressed music such as .mp3s makes me die inside. I am all about clarity, soundstage, and quality when it comes to my headphones. So when I saw these things it looked like a match made in heaven! Good frequency response, including sub-bass, good impenitence, everything. So I got home, hooked them up, and I was hit with a wall of HORRID quality. I mean like, my old LOW END $50 Logitech headset sounded miles better. All the music on the Artic Pro's sounded super compressed, like 240p YouTube video compressed. To top it all off, when I turned on side-tone I get an annoying BUZZ (trust me, its not my set up. Ive used many other headsets and only these ones have done it) I triple checked my settings, made sure all appropriate software was installed, checked my source files (24 bit flac, 96khz) everything, and I realized the issue is these headphones. These headphones talk a big game, and SS did an amazing job with the marketing, packaging and build quality, but that's about where the good ends. Avoid these if you care about sound quality. You are genuinely off getting a budget headset.

Please dont let the price fool you. These headphones are trash. The audio quality is 6/10 the mic is pretty much unusable i give it a 1/10 every person I play with complains that they cant hear me even when I have it against my mouth. The volume wheel is right next to the mute button so whenever you adjust your headset or take them off you either lower the volume or accidentally mute yourself. The only reason I bought these is because my brother broke my HyperX Revolver II’s that I owned for 2 years and worked perfectly JUST BUY THOSE THEY ARE HALF THE PRICE AND TWICE AS GOOD

When it works it’s great, but I returned this headset and got a brand new one of the same kind and it was still plagued with problems. The mic would give feedback to my friends and the audio goes out constantly after trying to fix as well. Maybe I’m extremely unlucky but don’t buy

Sound is pretty mediocre. Did not work well with my playstation 5. The headphones material is cheap plastic that gets sweaty why too easy. Stopped using them after about one month because they're just not good.

The build of this product felt cheap. The button to mute and unmute the mic kept getting stuck. Quite a downgrade from other Steelseries products i’ve owned.

Do not buy these headphones. I've had nothing but problems with these headphones since I bought them. And now just recently they have a lot of static in the headphones whenever audio plays. For the price, these headphones are not worth the cost.

We bought this headset hoping it would work for all game systems and not even within an hour of using it, it sounded staticky, and it was buzzing... so we returned it the next day for a turtle beach, which we love so far.

I really want to love these headsets but each one I get eventually dies or one side of the headset goes out. There was a power surge just now and now my right ear is quieter than my left. Guess I should look at another brand for my headset.
