Good but ups lost my first order

It was in stock at the store but they never my online order aside. I went in and they said due to it selling out I would have to wait. But it wasnt sold out until today, Best Buy has been dropping the ball on so many things.

Not compatible with PC out of box

They have a weird cable that I've never seen before, even though the specification list says that it has a USB Type-A cable. This wasn't included in the box.

Actually pretty cheaply made
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Mine were great until they broke in less than 6 months..when I say broke ..I mean feel apart after normal use..I NEVER abused it at all..never dropped or threw them down in anyway shape or form..pulled them off one day and the cup just fell off ..after further examination..the plastic on the cup..was cracked all around the metal hinge..I'm so disappointed in this product..never again ..

Fragile. Broken due to terrible design

The right earpiece broke off the headband with normal use. The plastic housing becomes weak and eventually, the earpiece just snaps off. Not repairable at all.

Worst headset I’ve ever owned

Uncomfortable and messes up hair very easily. Mute button is incredibly easy to accidentally press as it is located on the cup where you grip to remove the headset. Returning these immediately.
