Nice but a few issues

Its also not immediately clear how to turn the rgb off at night as they are in my room i had to go sesrch the web to figure that out. The button is kind of hidden so if you dont know its there it is very easily missed.

Good Sale

Software is decent, tons of settings for lights and sound quality is great.

Absolute JUNK.

This Arena 7 system - boosted eq and set volume to 100% . Should be rattling my windows, nope, it was listenable, not loud at all. Impossible to contact SteelSeries support. I'll be returning these.

Build quality and sound quality are okay. Volume leaves something to be desired. My real gripe is the clunky and unintuitive software. Getting these setup was a pain because of it. Now that they are and work correctly though they’ve been a solid set of speakers. Just not a 300$ set in my opinion.

Sound is great but...

Wires are thick and feel strong, speakers and subwoofer feel nice and solid etc. The sound on the other hand is also great. Simple plug and play type of deal and out of the box they don't disappoint. But here's the thing, the SOFTWARE to use the "surround sound" is absolutely, heart-breakingly annoying. For only one reason though. It's because you have to MANUALLY MOVE THE SLIDERS WITHIN THE APP TO CHANGE THE VOLUME. So if you have a volume knob on your keyboard or use the function key with whichever key raises and lowers your volume it will NOT WORK. On top of that the software creates 5 (if i remember correctly) MORE AUDIO DEVICES in your windows sound setting. Truly wish that steelseries didn't do this and just let the app be a simple on/off tool for the surround sound whilst not adding any audio devices in windows sound settings as well as a rgb tool. Just those 2 things are honestly all these needed. But alas the inconvenience the software has caused led to this receiving 3 stars. If steelseries makes things right these are easily a 5 star product because that surround sound that came out of these was ACTUALLY good
