I purchased this mouse pad for my desk because I didn't want to scratch and wear the keyboard tray by using my mouse. I was originally going to purchase the Razer Goliathus Medium which is commonly sold for $20~. However, I stumbled across this mouse pad while browsing and here I am today. It has a smooth texture to it, it's great for gaming/working, and it serves it's purpose to me by protecting my desk.

I use this at work and I love it. It's soft and large enough for my mouse.

My mouse runs smoothly across the pad and doesn't scratch the bottom of the mouse

Good mouse pad, BIG, allows a lot of movement of the mouse.

Using a mouse pad is very subjective, it depends on the user. some people have different needs and expectations from a mouse pad and this one wasn't made for me. The material on this corsair is microfiber and it shows when u use it, it is just too slick and you don't feel you are in control as the mouse just slides everywhere. i returned it and got a corsair MM200 mouse pad instead for the same price and i am in love with that one. The corsair just feels more tactile and sudden movements using your mouse dont feel like its just slipping around. Like i said some people will love the things i hate and would recommend you test out a variety of pads to find what works for you. this one sadly isn't for me.

Didn't have space for the giant mouse mats on my desk and this one was perfect for me. Not as nice as some more pricey ones and it's a pet hair magnet, but beyond that its a solid mat.

Large size makes it nice to use not worrying if you are too close to the edge.
