My desk was scratching up the bottom of my mouse so I grabbed one of these because of the fact that it was steelseries. I wasn't disappointed. nothing fancy about it, it just does what its suppose to. If you aren't looking for something crazy with RGB then this will do just fine. My younger brother has this same mouse pad.

This is a good mouse pad, but if you want something thicker and more durable, get a higher end option. It's a bit thin and can crease, and it took a while to lie flat after being rolled up tightly in the package. Also if your wrists get uncomfortable easily, this won't give you any support, get a wrist rest. My mouse responds perfectly on it though, never skips or stutters.

The pad gives nice feeling and the friction is good for gaming and daily use. Its size is reasonably big. I never felt I need a bigger one.
