It's pretty bright. The smooth fabric allows your mouse to glide across. The stitching that holds the rgb strip is clear compared to a visible black thread like Razer has. Sturdy construction and the app to change the rgb is user friendly. I would say it is sort of pricey but you pay for the quality and aesthetics.

Not too complicated to set up the lights to go with the colors you want with your set up. Only thing is that it catches dust fast and need to clean vero often. Otherwise, great pad to start off with.

Just what I was looking for…

I like the SteelSeries software to pull everything together with mouse and keyboard. Only giving 4 stars as the edges of the pad tend to occasionally ripple and I need to make tedious adjustments to make it lay flat again…the ripples a are a bit annoying in appearance when you want all straight lines, but that is the only reason I took a star off.
