Left side of the pad is a lot brighter than the right side.

starts off cool but after a while the led lights dim and you can barely see them. the fishing line that attaches the led to the mousepad treats your wrists like a saw from time to time

the rgb is nice and bright and has many different patterns you can cutomize, but the rgb strip is housed with "fishing line" around it and it rubs your forearm when playing and it gets to the point that it is annoying and hurts

I was really letdown by the RGB which is very inconsistent throughout in both color and brightness. It makes it hard to really use anything but a single solid color. Considering cheaper brands couldn't have worse quality, I would suggest avoiding this one at full price.

its expensive and the lights turn some weird yellowish colors after a while. not sure if it was just mine or if its a common occurrence. currently i do not have mine connected to my pc just because of the ugly yellow tint,

Wasnt impressed with the rgb options. Nothing special

Colby helped my son pick this item out. It has by far made a great difference with my sons wrist issues when using his PC Thanks for the suggestion.

Was super wrinkly and not the best material. Would not recommend or re buy

Mousepad is nicely sized and looks great but the lighting is a bit poor on my unit as it does not share the same brightness level as the other rgb zones

You know the deal, product breaks 2 weeks after return by date ends. This thing went full bacon collar on me. One whole side started crumbling up, looking like a crinkled piece of bacon. I treated this thing flawlessly as well. No spills, 100% flat surface - perfect living conditions and still failed. Would not recommend, would not buy steelseries brand again. Sorry, no pics i tossed it a couple weeks ago.

Great quality really brought my build together I truly recommend but at the same time don’t copy me so it’s trash.

Lasted only a year. Pricey and of terrible quality. Look at corsair or something instead. I have all SteelSeries peripherals and a corsair MM700 because this mouse pad was trash. Don't buy it. Save yourself the hassle and heartache and get something else.

Products lights died just over a year of use and SteelSeries will not replace it since the warranty is for 1 year. Go with a different brand, I’ve had similar issues with their other products in the past

Rgb has some sort of plastic string holding the strip on around the edges. After long gaming sessions it digs in. Do not recommend.

I've purchased probably 3 times over the past month and the brightness of all the lights are inconsistent. I own one at home with a perfect brightness similar to what you see on pictures so it became my baseline of the quality. Every single one I bought from Best Buy, the issue will be the brightness of the red light being overpowered and/or the lights not reaching the other side of the pad adequately.

Should of just got a regular mouse pad. The plastic around the pad bends easily and deforms the mouse pad

It isn't bad but the lighting isn't that great. It dims in the middle and it's very noticeable. I returned it and went with a razer mat

Zones blow out within 4 to 6 months and SteelSeries doesn't want to help. Then when they finally decide to do so, they say it's not covered or out of warranty.

The whole reason I got this mousepad was for the cool lighting, but it is nothing like in the pictures. I don’t know if I just got a defective product but after asking around it’s seems like nothing was wrong with the mousepad itself. The lighting is very dim and fails to reproduce a large amount of colors.

Lighting strip stopped working just after a year. Gets dirty pretty quickly and looks scuffed. Not very easy to clean, Wouldn't recommend.
