It isn't bad but the lighting isn't that great. It dims in the middle and it's very noticeable. I returned it and went with a razer mat

Zones blow out within 4 to 6 months and SteelSeries doesn't want to help. Then when they finally decide to do so, they say it's not covered or out of warranty.

The whole reason I got this mousepad was for the cool lighting, but it is nothing like in the pictures. I don’t know if I just got a defective product but after asking around it’s seems like nothing was wrong with the mousepad itself. The lighting is very dim and fails to reproduce a large amount of colors.

Lighting strip stopped working just after a year. Gets dirty pretty quickly and looks scuffed. Not very easy to clean, Wouldn't recommend.

It doesn’t pick up the correct audio to change the lights to the computer and I could not get the volume mixer to match how I wanted it to. It also doesn’t support many games. Pretty much only CSGO. And they also seem to not be updating it anymore.

I was hesitant to buy this due to the 300mm height, especially coming from the qck large 400mm x 450mm pad. While I wish it was 400mm in height it certainly isn't enough for me to return it. I absolutely love the feel of it, the bottom is nice and grippy and doesn't move whatsoever. The RGB is of course stunning and adds some extra flare to your desk. It immediately flattened out and has stayed flat ever since. Thank you steelseries for making the best mousepads!

This is a great mousepad at a great price for the features. I previously played on the Razer Firefly. While that is a great pad as well, I found I preferred the soft texture and was not a fan of the plugin being at the top and center. This mouse pad addressed all my issues. Plug is on the left side. Massive size so I can have my keyboard on it and still have plenty of room. And the RGB is stunning.

premium quality cloth..lighting customization is very responsive to sound...best of all mat lays flat out the box unlike other large rgb desk pad manufacturers....comparable to my corsair desk pad quality wise...with 1 week of use.... so far so good

I wish this could light up when plugged into the wall or something but it has to connect to your computer. Amazing though, easy to use!

Is exactly what I was looking for. The dual lighting feature is really neat and can by synced with similar devices via its control panel.

When I plugged it in it was great. Bright, and everything. As soon as I installed the software (that doesn't come with the pad, you have to go find it on your own.) the upper zone got incredibly dim, and never syncs right with the bottom zone. I am extremely disappointed. I don't have a car, and I don't have time to bus all the way back to Best Buy to get another one. Either this thing is defective, or only lasts until you install the junk software. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND
