I plugged it back in a couple of times Before it started working again. It eventually stopped working and it was thrown away.

Great Mouse

Ordered online pickup of a new mouse and when I picked it up the box was ripped up, the mouse was scratched up and had dirt and hair underneath. I went back to exchange at the pickup but they said I had to get a full refund on my card and repurchase a new one even though I didnt make it out the front step before walking back and showing them. I understand things happen but it was their mistake and they made me feel like it was my problem.

Great Mouse, worst software experience

To customize the RGB and DPI you'll have to navigate through advertisements. Software automatically scans for games upon install and insists on useless stuff you didn't ask for such as capturing video of gaming highlights. I was going to return but was able to keep my settings after uninstalling the 500mb of garbage. If you're okay with that go for it. If I knew sooner I never would have bothered because it was a headache.
