    Nothing against Best Buy. The mouse is supposed to have side clicks on the scroll wheel. In no time, the left side click stopped working. I really like SteelSeries products; but, this mouse misses the mark on quality. I wouldn't get this again.

    I've had one for about 3 months now. Definitely not good for hard mousepads as it'll really scratch them up. A couple of the buttons (hindmost button on the left side and the button south of the mouse wheel) are too inconveniently reached to be good for gaming. The thing works, at least, but it's absolutely not worth the price.

    I like the Rival 5 but it does mouse will occasionally freeze up requiring a reset. It’s the only mouse I’ve had that problem with thus 4 stars.
