I believe what I had was just a case of bad luck and got a defective mouse which happens from time to time. Tried plugging this mouse in on several different desktops and laptops. no response, no RGB lighting and the optical eye didn't even light up. with a secondary mouse I went to their site, downloaded the engine software and went to install updated firmware. tried 3 times on 3 different computers and all times their installation process would crash and fail (not sure if this is because of defective mouse or just bad software). What I can say was the mouse was very comfortable for the few minutes that my hand was on it. All in all I had to return it and went with a different option due to the fact that I didn't want to to wait a week for a new one to show up. Overall wasn't too happy with the experience but not holding it against the company. Take this review with a grain of salt as I hope that not all their products come in defective.

The Gaming Mouse

I purchased it after multiple wireless mice from other brands proved unreliable. I have large hands and my one issue with this mouse is how low it is. I have to almost flatten my hand to rest it on this. I'm giving it 5 stars because other than the height issue, this mouse is excellent.
