I want to love it ...
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I own a 310 mouse, so I wanted to try an upgrade and got the 600. I wound up with 2 of them, and while they fit nice and feel good (due to the weights inside no doubt) both exhibit a problem I've read about in other reviews. They tend to freeze up, especially in games. I have the mice on 2 different gaming rigs but the symptom is the same. I use a KVM, and I found that plugging the mouse in directly to a USB port on the PC seemed to help. Defeats the KVM purpose though. It's also possible that the mouse dislikes USB hubs. The solution when it freezes is to unplug it and plug it back in - the problem causing it is a mystery. So I cannot recommend one at this time, due to the randomness and the bad timing when it freezes.

Quality Control Problems

However the side grips will start pealing off after about a month. I had Steel Series send me free replacements 2 times. Unfortunately, after a year and a few months the left mouse button died. Just three months outside of Steel Series 1 year warranty. I really wish I could recommend this mouse but given side grips that WILL peal off and my mouse breaking after a little over a year and Steel Series short warranty I can not recommend this product

SIde grips need better adhesive

The only complaint I have is the rubber grips on the side are really easy to slide around on the mouse to the point the small rubber pad had to come off and the large rubber pad on the left

I ended up switching to a corsair dark core pro se and im a lot happier with everything all around.

Not good with some games

Poor build quality
