Did not like the feel of this mouse, but it could just be what I’m use to. Had to return it and Best Buy has a great return policy.

I bought this back in April, look at this. i don't think i will recommend to anyone,.Now the mouse is sticky n uncomfortable to use.

The mouse was alright, but I have large hands, and even then this thing felt way too big.

This is my first 1 star review. My mouse stopped working only 6 months after purchasing with very little use. Steel Series has the worst customer service, my mouse was still under the 1-year warranty and they never responded to any ticket I had open, I got one response on how to trouble-shoot the mouse which did NOT work. If you buy this mouse beware you will NEVER get a response from customer service or a warranty replacement if anything goes wrong. They have no customer service phone number and do not respond to any tickets.

Mouse looks and feels good. It was a little too long for me and I had to reach to hit the mouse 5 button, but the reason I returned it was because it had a click and hold issue. While playing an mmo, if I tried to click an ability it would hold on to it and drag it off my bar. Pretty annoying so I got a different one.

I liked the mouse but the side button layout was terrible. I was hoping to change my keyboard and mouse combo of rock at keyboard and mouse over to steel series but ended up returning the mouse because the buttons that I use in games are pretty much non useful anymore because of the side button layout.

But for my son left click stopped working after only 3 months use for gaming. Replacement lasted 3 months as well same failure. Dont waste your money. Buy a Corsair or Logitech!

This is a really great product, I highly recommend

Picked this up in August of 2021, now it’s the middle of January of 2022 and one of the rubber padding on the side panel fell off, not even a year, less than half a year, yea I can replace it but my precious mouse a Corsair M65 lasted over 3 years with no signs of tearing or scratches. Very disappointed and while I can order a new side panel on the steel series website, I’ll be paying 10 dollars for shipping. I’d rather have a tried and true mouse that’ll last me and feel great rather than this junk

Brand new mouse out the box, downloaded the software from the website, hooked up the mouse and it didnt work. I emailed the steelseries customer help since they didnt have a phone number, i filled out one thier tickets on the website, next day i got an email back asking if I tried to unplug then replug the mouse in. After that i took it back to bestbuy and got a Logitech which worked as it should.

Currently I have problems with the middle wheel clicking uncontrollably and I find it very difficult to use it with this problem ... I will return it.

This is definitely not worth the money paid for it. It has issues and after 30 days you can't even exchange it or return it. I wouldn't recommend it.

I for one grip my mouse pretty tight whenever I play games. The grips on the side of the mouse wear off way too fast. I had to put tape on the side just so they would stay in place. I ended up switching back to my old mouse.

Weird fitt in hand. If it is your first mouse it is ok but for hardcore gamers don't reccoment.

Was a great gaming mouse, smooth and everything. Until the button stopped working. This mouse has never been dropped, slammed or hit... and not even 5 months later the left button has stopped working. Best Buy refuses to help me.

Disappointed mouse kept sticking and would stall not smooth at all. Was disappointed.

For the price, not very durable. Has had a short for the last 6 months.

At first loved this mouse. There’s just one huge design flaw. The pads where your pinky finger rest are glued on. After one month the pad fell off. I had a replacement plan so I got another one and the same thing happened.

It let me down, im been playing fps games specialy multiplayer valorant and cod tdm my quick response rotation hang up on me a couple of times feeling frustration while Playing

This mouse stopped working for unknown reasons after 2 months of regular use.
