Customers are saying
Customers are enthusiastic about the Rival 600's customizable weight, vibrant RGB lighting, and comfortable design. Many appreciate the high build quality, precise sensor, and responsive performance, along with the extensive customization options offered through the software. However, some users have noted issues with the side button placement and durability of the grip, and a few find the price point to be relatively high. The software is generally well-received for its ease of use and extensive customization options.

Bricked In Less Than A Month
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Worked great and just like it should. For 3 weeks. Then Windows decided it just didn’t want to recognize it and it didn’t want to work at all.

Great Mouse
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. My Logitech G703 went out so I needed a new mouse and was very interested in the SteelSeries ones because of the reviews on many different websites. I originally went with the Rival 310 but when I tried it out, the mouse had a rattle on the left mouse button. I exchanged it the next day and I had the same issue with my second one so I decided to go with the Rival 600. I am very impressed with them mouse so far. It's a great size, nice rubber texture and additional weights depending on preference. I like it and I am very picky with everything I buy for my computer. The RGB lighting looks pretty awesome too.

Amazing Mouse for Small/Medium Hands
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Pros: Build Quality Looks Gorgeous Weight - It's so light! Buttons - Immediate Activation + Nice and clicky Cons: Too narrow Too short The mouse is amazing. I'm really happy with the quality. However, I may be returning it. My hands are 20cm by 11.5cm. The mouse is just too small. It is impossible to palm grip and my hand has to turn awkwardly to be able to pick up the mouse while gaming. If you have smaller hands, absolutely pick up this mouse, its great.

Good Specs Poor Shape
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Let me start off by saying this mouse is solid in the spec department, great sensor, satisfying buttons, and an awesome scroll wheel. The software to customize colors is straight forward and the dual sensor functionality works well. The one thing that makes it a 2/5 is the shape on the right hand side of the mouse, it feels like the curve is slowly pushing the mouse out of your hand when you lift off and the rubberized grips do little to keep it in place (even with none of the optional weight in, it still falls); the shape ruins an otherwise good mouse. For reference my hands are 19 cm x 10 cm and I use a fingertip grip.

No Complaints
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. All of the negative reviews didn't apply to me. I think the mouse shape is a little different than most but I have grown to love it. I added half the weights and love the solid feel of it. The RGB customization is amazing and allows a ton of combinations to get your setup where you would want it visually.

I love this mouse. But it was confusing at first.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. When I got the mouse, can first it was really slow compared to my old one, but than I found out that there is a special software for the mouse that makes it whatever speed. This mouse is very pretty and good for gaming.

Great Mouse
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.First of all let me just say it is terrigble for gamers with big hands because there really isnt that much out there in terms of comfort. This does come close though and its really everything you want in a mouse. it may not be 16k dpi like some mouses out there but its still plenty of speed so no worries there. Steel Series is a great brand i definitely will consider buying their products in the future!

awesome mouse. adhesive gave out.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.steelseries makes some of the best sensors for wireless mice you can ask for. unfortunately, the adhesive holding the rubber grips on both sides of the mouse failed after only 2 months. an AMAZING mouse RUINED by cheaping out on the cheapest part of the mouse.

Sticky Move
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I loved the mouse until the glue on the side under the grips on both sides got leaky and got all over the side of the mouse, my hands and my mouse pad. Full disclosure, the mouse is 2 yrs and 8 months old but this should not be happening, other than that, it has been a good mouse.

Not functional, terrible customer service.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is not a reflection of Best Buy but rather SteelSeries. I bought this mouse and a keyboard from the SS website as it was discounted. The mouse sensor appeared to be faulty from the start, but then the RGB lighting would only work intermittently. Occasionally I could get the left/right click to work, but that too was inconsistent. After 3 days waiting for customer support, they have given me a "solution" that has now made the above mentioned problems consistent (no button functionality, no RGB lighting, definitely no sensor function). The SteelSeries Engine is now unable to update the firmware on the mouse, even with a fresh install of software, drivers, etc. We will see how long the keyboard lasts... Never buying SS again.

First Steelseries product for me ever...
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This was my first buy from steelseries. I was coming from a logitech g502 and 903 (which has horrible quality control issues by the way) and wanted something with a higher palm rest. I bought this because it was larger than my g502 and came highly recommended. The feeling is great although it could be a little bigger for me. It glides flawlessly across my mouse pad unlike my g502 which would "stutter" sometimes. Excited to try the mouse out in a game, I loaded up Destiny only to see that when I tried to aim down sights with the right click, it wouldn't work unless is gently (and I mean gently) pressed it down. Even then, it would still only work half of the time. Not impressed. Will update upon return and testing of a new one.

Good Mouse for 4 months
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased this just before Christmas in 2019 to replace my previous mouse of 8 years. I primarily play battlefield and old school runescape, and the mouse was great. However, about a week ago the cursor began to move erratically and I was not able to control it. I contacted steel series support, and they sent some resets to try but nothing worked. Good mouse if it lasts, definitely look at other options before you roll the dice with the 600.

Build Quality is lacking.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I enjoyed the mouse while it lasted, however, within about 6-8 months of owning it the right click completely stopped working. Inexcusable for a $70 mouse. This is the second SteelSeries mouse that had a short life. Customer support is not helpful as I no longer had the receipt. Going to try another brand.

Overpriced and poor Quality
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. After a month of use the adhesive has turned to goo and both grips have fallen off this EXPENSIVE mouse. What a waste of money. My first and LAST steelseries product.... NEXT!!!!!
