The only bummer about the experience was that the mute button on the steering wheel does not work now. He told us that it wouldn’t work and we wanted it anyway. Just know that it might not work on your vehicle before you purchase the steering wheel control because that could be a deal breaker for some people.

I had an aftermarket radio and he was able to install it without the kit I bought because it matched up with the previous. He returned it for me as well and saved me almost $60. Great job!

He is very professional and takes time out to show you how to operate all of your equipment. He is polite and courteous and a fine example of how a customer service employee should treat a customer. I highly recommend Best Buy and Collin.
