We had a few issues that arose & he was able to get them taken care of & the store manager went out of his way to make a mistake correct. Great customer service from both guys & I really appreciate it. Definitely will return to this store.

Done professionally in a timely manner.

It turned out that I couldn't use this product because my car doesn't have any volume controls. Technician knew this and took care of the refund in a professional timely manner. The rest of the install was completed ahead of schedule.

No Music not driven the car.

Roy, made sure that the installation was tech up and running. Also gave me some instructions the best way how to use the system.
