Awesome service from my technician! He was really friendly, knowledgable and professional! He kept me updated throughout the installation process and was able to finish earlier than expected!

I enjoy my radio and back up camera except the quality of the speaker with the radio is very poor I need an appointment to have something done about this. No one can hear me on phone conversations at all this is not acceptable.

The install service was scheduled on a Saturday making it convenient. The technicians were easy to deal with and they walked through hour to use the device.

I got a new Kenwood radio with blue tooth, a microphone, two device connectors , and satellite radio. Along with JBL speakers, a ten inch subwoofer, and Alpine amps. Installed by Geek Squad in my Chevy Pick Up. Sweet!

This was the only thing pretty much installed correctly at the Pinole, CA. All other things installed has problems. It will take me one month to fix the mistakes that they made.

I had to go back to Best Buy because the technician did not have time to install my JVC Nav/Sirrius XM Radio unit. Getting this done was very easy but had to go to the Anne Arundel Best Buy location to do this.

GS installed my new GPS, took time to show me how to use it and left my car clean of debris. It did take a bit of time but that was expected. Always glad to have GS on my team. ;)
