The electricians knew what were they doing with the car, they installed my radio receiver and made look like it came from factory. They didn't take much and had a friendly time.

it and finish is perfect. looks stock but provides much more and with additional maestro cable now have full gauges and MPG. Had Best Buy install it. They did a terrific job.

The installer (Max) as always,does a fantastic job. I would rely on him for any job that needed to be done on the car. He Has a wealth of information and shares it with you.

I asked the GEEK squad installer what it would take to transfer my steering wheel controls to my new radio. He was on it, had the part in stock.

Excellent and fast service. The installation department is very knowledgeable.

It took over a month to actually get the right parts ordered and an install scheduled and completed. First time, the salesman told us everything was good, that he talked to the installer and we had everything ordered. Took our car up there and had wrong parts all over the place. Installer worked with my son to get all the right stuff ordered and we were good to go when that all came in. Not sure what the salesman did but it definitely wasn't right. BE SURE TO CHECK WITH INSTALLER for car audio before you order or leave the store.

The technician lacked customer service skills but I will say it was more that he is was overwhelmed with the amount of work he had to do. Best Buy needs more technicians.
