Installation of steering wheel contol is extra $60

When I came for my "free" stereo installation, I was informed that while car stereo installation is free, the installation of steering wheel control will cost extra $60 plus I also need USB cable.

But when I first purchased the system I paid for it and walked out of the best buy and went home. When I got home I realized that my receipt didn't show a tracking number since I purchased most of these products as shipped products. So I went back to the store and had a long stay before they resolved my issue. I basically walked out of the best buy paying for items I would not have received unless I noticed the receipt issue. Otherwise the installation was fast and easy and loved the workers there.
