Classic movie. This is the best movie staring these actors

Like this movie but 4k makes it even that much better!!

Not the best will Ferrell movie, but still a classic

Son wanted this DVD, he finds it hilariously funny.

I'd never actually seen this movie prior to purchase, but it came highly recommended from my best friend and a few coworkers so I decided to take a shot. Glad I did. This movie is excellent on so many levels. Ferrell and Reilly work so well together. If you haven't seen this film then you definitely should! It's worth your time. Looks and sounds excellent in Blu.

This is a must have for anybody who loves Comedy and who doesn't? This movie cannot be skipped over and must find a space in your memory if not your shelf. I probably have not clue where my copy is at the moment, but for like $8 in a clearance bin it's definitely a must have. By the way, I rarely buy any movies to own because I don't like them as a take home but this one is an exception. So there you go!

I was really wanting this to be funnier than what I thought it was. Many people rave about this movie, but I preferred Hangover and Hot Tub Time Machine. Picture quality was great, but this is not a must see again movie for me.

"Step Brothers" won't win any Oscars -- and you likely won't want the younger members of your family freely quoting it, either -- but this is maybe Will Ferrell's best film (sorry, "Anchorman"). His chemistry with Reilly is great, which makes up for the rather simple plot (losers from single parents are forced into the same family when their parents wed). For the price, two discs with tons of extras. Definitely worth the purchase -- especially if you're a big Will fan.

I have to say that the quality of this 4K transfer is not the best representation that the format has to offer but nonetheless this is by far the best way to see this film. A must-own for fans of this cinematic masterpiece!

One of the funniest movies ever! Probably the most quoted movie between my daughter and I. One of those kind of movies that, if I walk into a room and it's on... I HAVE to finish watching it. My wife doesn't appreciate it as much as my daughters and I do, but that's her problem. If you're a fan of Will Farrell ...you HAVE to watch this one.

Very funny movie. This item has both extended and regular versions. Both versions are great. One of the best movies by these two guys. Great deal for this movie. Unrated version is definitely not for people who can't take jokes.

A funny comedy of the last decade for sure one of my favorite comedies of 2008 just recently watched this again after purchasing it and man did it take me back to my junior year of high school with my ex girlfriend the laughs definitely pick this up

John C. Reilly & that other guy, Bill Tarrel!?! (what is he even in?) are great in this movie about two adult step brothers. John C. Reilly a professionally trained actor once again steals the show from that no name curly headed schmuck from Mad TV. Should be called Step Brother. (If you haven't seen it by now, do it. JUST DO IT).

I gave this a 4 star rating, due to the AWESOMENESS of the movie itself. I could watch this 1,000 times and never get tired of it. One of Will Ferrell and John C Reilly's best! As far as the 4K upgrade, it's passable. This is an upscale, not true 4K. Yes you do get some added brightness and a slight uptick in detail, but unless you can get this at a sub $10 price point, I would skip it.

Will Ferrell, you either love him or hate him. I've seen him in rolls that I hated and rolls that I loved, and it seems like teaming up Ferrell with John C. Reilly is a "Golden Ticket". I have seen this movie several times and I always manage to get in several laughs. I feel like it's obvious but I am going to mention it anyway, this is an adult movie and is not meant for kids. I would recommend this for a comedy adult movie night. I am not so sure if the women will like it but then men will love it.

Watching this movie over and over never gets old. The stepbrothers played their roles so well you actually forget they are grown men. Who wouldn't want to live like a kid under their parents roof but with all the luxuries and freedom of being an adult? Ok, not many but its hilarious to watch none the less.

When the family gets together on the holidays, this is a must play after the little ones head off to bed. You won't regret picking this one up on UHD blu ray. The sharpness and dynamic range take a huge leap over the blu ray version. Pure comedy gold for your UHD collection.

not for young kids this is another classic comedy kind of stupid for some but in a house full of boys hilarious come on now it's the Catalina wine mixer!! ***note lots of bad language and crude humor not for the faint of heart but if you want to laugh at the craziness go for it! This gets watched more than once

The cast of Step Brothers took a screenplay that may very well have been written as a joke and turned it into THE film that I suggest to people who indiscriminately write off raunchy slapstick comedies.
