Should of been nominated for an Oscar! One the best movies I've seen in a very long time. If your an NWA or hip/hop fan you must see this film.

They did this movie - it was well worth the wait. Now I see what things were like when they started out and how the industry came to be.

Word of advise, not for children. I grew up listening to all these songs and enjoying the music. Took me back to my younger self.

The movie not only tells the story of NWA and the members of the group, but also shows the social climate at the time that made NWA necessary.

This is a great hip-hop movie that gave lots of insight on our history. Love the behind the scenes, deleted song performance & deleted scenes.

This movie brought me back too my teenage years listening too NWA. It was a great film and I learned a lot about the group that I didn't know.

Straight Outta Compton is as good, if not better, than you've heard it is. Keeps your interest from the very beginning to the rolling credits.

They told the story of N.W.A in a way that made you respect the group so much more for the barriers they broke for "gangsta rap".....good job

If you’re a fan on real hip hop, this is a must have in the collection. Love this movie. NWA is a legendary rap group!
