Straight Outta Compton should have been a Best Picture contender this year. Bluray edition includes a director's cut that adds 20 minutes to this epic film.

Although I grew up in the era of this music, it was nice to know the background of how they got started. This movie was great...Not a disappointment at all.

Don't let the title discourage you from seeing this movie. This was a well documented story. I hope that it win awards. The director and cast was on point!!

Straight Outta Compton is one of the best movies I've seen this year in the theater also on Blu-ray DVD I would recommend this movie to any friend of mine.

Even if you are not an NWA, this movie tells a story about a group of young men who rise to the top of music and their struggle along the way. Great story!

I wasn't to sure about this movie some friends saw it and said they would buy it, I bought it and I think this is a really good movie, ots of true history.

This movie chronicles the birth of gangster rap and the west coast scene in the 80's and 90's. This is a must see for any fan of West coast rap.

I grew up in the 80,s so I felt a real connection to this movie.believe me once you view it you would maybe want to watch a second time,it just that good.

Omg, this movie brought back so many memories and to see a reinactment of the concert in houston that I was at...wow. Any fan of NWA needs to watch this

As a fan of music of all kinds I was astonished to see this and see what the world was and what inspired these men to speak and share their unique voice.

This is an awesome movie, couldn't make it to the show to see it. Soon as it hit Best Buy I ran to purchase it. Was a big fan of NWA since I was a child.

Ice Cube directed one of the best stories brought to the big screen. Well told and acted with a great supporting cast. A must see movie for music lovers!
