Fantastic device! We had a Hisense tv that the thought of even turning on was miserable because of how awful the software that came with it was. Now, with this it turns right on and is fast as lightning! Wish we had bought this sooner.

Bought two of these, one for the family room and one for a bedroom. Easy set up. Recently cut the cord with spectrum. Using hulu as a streaming app. As with everything there is slight learning curve, but not too bad, just have to get used to the remote. Would recommend!!!

Got it for my basement TV. We recently cut our Xfinity cable by more than half by just going with their internet. There's not enough time in the day to get your money's worth from Xfinity. They're just too expensive. No more cable box fees. Easy set up and user friendly.

I didn't know I could buy this device to have streaming services on a NON-Smart TV until a friend told me. It was easy to get it going & I can now watch streaming shows in my bedroom as well as my living room. I actually had bought a 2nd Smart TV but returned it after learning about Roku. Cost less than $60.

Fast with great picture quality! Runs apps faster than my Samsung tv. It pulls good audio for my atmos set up. I also got the premiere which is even faster with more audio options, but I moved this one to a bedroom tv and it doesn't skip a beat running sling at over 7mbs.

I love this product. It is definitely user friendly. To have access like this, I should have done this a long time ago to save money on my cable bills. Being able to go straight to Netflix or Disney+ and then pick up where I left off, is amazing. Thank you! The Morris Family

After some research I decided Roku was the way to go. I also thought the streaming stick + was the best option for me. I bought 3 for 2 non smart TVs and 1 for a 10 year old smart TV that I could no longer get apps for. Easy setup and a ton of apps. The best value compared to other similar products

I already own an Apple TV 4K for my living room. I have an older Apple TV in my bedroom. I wanted something for 4K hdr viewing in my bedroom without spending the money on another Apple 4K. I have never owned any Roku products but after some reviews I decided to try this. I am very surprised. It works great. I would say it’s not quite at apple’s level, although it’s close. Great for the everyday user that isn’t heavily invested in Apple products (which I am). Or it’s great for a secondary 4K streaming player. I like it a lot.

Setup was easy, still an issue between roku and youtube tv. Also, had an issue with setting up the power up screen I wanted to use. Called support and they told me what I did was not possible but seeing as how I had done it I knew it was. Said they would contact Roku development but still has not be resolved. But even with those minor problems, I am still happy with the device and its functionality.

I have 2 of these and an ultra. I highly suggest roku for those that don't neccesarily like to tinker. Basically the apple of the streaming world. But I forgot there is apple tv. But I suggest this or chromcast with google tv or nvidia shield if you are a power user.

Just recently installed, but so far very happy with Roku. Remote is nice and like the voice feature, but could stand some improvements. Would be nice if it were lighted. The voice buttons are on the side of the remote and it is easy to hit them accidentally. It is a simple remote and easy to use.

Very good device. I use it on my Samsung and LG TVs as neither one has all the channels I want. This stick covers the bases and the little remote is great with a replay feature that’s great to go back to replay speech that was not understood the first time round.

Love this product a lot! Saves us a lot of money with our cable TV. We’re so much in loved with it so we bought another one for our bedroom! Loved the quality! Loved the easement! Love it! If your looking to save money you, your family and friends should have this....

First time Roku user. This stick is currently on an old Samsung 19” LED TV 720p. It is powered through the TV’s USB port. Note: We have AT&T Fiber. User interface is pretty straight-forward. I like that you can rearrange your channels/apps in any order you like. Setup was simple. The only tedious part was setting up streaming channels individually with our DISH account (Food Network, HGTV, etc). Once everything was setup, we were able to watch on-demand and streaming easily. The remote can be paired with TV to power on/off and adjust volume; it cannot switch between TV inputs, though. As far as quality, on-demand stuff streams at a crisp 720p on the 720p TV (receives 1080p signal from Roku and scales down to 720p). As far as live TV, streaming is seamless for the most part. I rarely get true HD, but it doesn’t look like a potato, either. This all depends on internet connection and processing power of the Roku device. This device does not seem to overheat like my original Chromecast. Overall, I’m quite happy with our Roku experience so far. We wanted something for our guests to have in their bedroom entertainment wise, and this device fits the bill. We will strongly consider getting this device for our bedroom when we get a TV for it. It beats having to pay $7-10/month for extra cable/dish boxes.

I really love the sound this item makes when moving the mouse around. I also like the offers that come up. One thing that is awkward is that the volume control is so in the way when you're trying to push the off button. I almost always click the volume button when I try to push the off button. Otherwise it is excellent

Purchased to replace an aging first generation Amazon Fire TV Stick and a second gen Apple TV. I have no way to compare newer versions of those devices in terms of performance, but find that the Roku Streaming Stick+ responds very quickly when pressing the Home button--about 2 seconds to paint my home screen. The older devices could take 15 to 90 seconds typically. The Netflix, Sling, Hulu and ESPN buttons work as advertised, and with similar performance as the home button--up to 2 seconds to begin initializing the service selected. The Search functions are very good, once you learn how to use them efficiently. I miss being able to use a bluetooth keyboard for searches, but the voice input is usually very efficient, mitigating the loss. The display quality of content exceeds the resolution of my TV, and provides 1080p support without any special effort or configuration. In spite of being an Apple household (two iMacs, iPads, and iPhones), we do not use iTunes for video rental/purchase, and thus do not feel limited by this Roku's lack of support for the service.

I've had at least 4 generations of Rokus & this one improves on all the others-lightning fast, very good voice recognition, no wires to fuss with(plugs into the back of your TV). Still an astonishing tech device. Of course most TVs have some Roku-like software nowadays but this is still the gold standard for internet streaming.

The Roku stick was very easy to set up. I was surprised at all of the apps available to download as well as the free Roku channels. The stick was also very quick to start up and open the apps once I had signed into them. It was also way cheaper then mhy Apple TV 4K.

I bought the Roku streaming stick on line at Best Buy for local pickup. That whole process was perfect and made it very easy to get. The streaming stick works fantastic and it is much smaller than my other Roku devices. This is great for the location it is used in since it is invisible. I love the whole transaction
