Wonderful device! Several TVs in our house are roku smart TVs, so it made sense to get the stick for our TVs instead of upgrading to a new tv. Very easy set up, very user friendly, and overall great addition! Could not recommend this enough!

It was exciting to use something other than my Amazon Fire TV Stick for a change. I was getting bored with the UI on it and thought a change of scenery was needed. When I first installed the Roku I was anxious to see how it is different in UI than the other stick. A couple things I liked: the Roku UI and the integration of the volume control on the Roku that the Amazon one didn’t have. But, after using Roku for a bit I noticed the lags and delays in responding to the command on the remote. At first I though ok be patient but after a while it was getting annoying. The delays or lags never happened before with the Amazon stick. So, after using about 3 weeks I gave up and went back to the Amazon one. And I never had any issues since. Wonder what caused that issue with Roku.

I cut the cord and bought this.....very happy. Was easy to set up (hardest part was remembering all my codes for the extras I already had when I had cable). With this, we only need the Roku remote to turn the TV on, volume, etc. Very convenient.

This is a very easy product to set up and use. I got it for my mom who is 78 and she can easily use the voice activator when she gets stuck. I would recommend this for anybody who is technologically challenged or not!

Works great. Streams continuously without lag or interruption. Very easy to use. Lots of channel choices.

This was very easy to set up. I am not a tech person at all. Just step by step prompts. I wanted to add Disney+. My TV is 2012 so while a smart TVs, not smart enough to just download Disney+. For $50 it was a very good option for us.

Setup was more involved than I expected - more than just plug-and-play, but the instructions were easy to follow. just didn't expect it to take so long. It is taking some time to learn to maneuver between apps and wish I could switch to Roku right on it's remote instead of having to use TV remote. Also wish it had keypad to directly navigate channels when I use the Cable TV app but understand why.

Bought this as gift for daughter who had older stick by competitor. She absolutely loves the easy installation and use of options so far. In area where cable is expensive and this will help her get through the challenging times.

I just love Roku, it is the best player to watch what ever I want to see. Took time to start the programs. Was easy to put in the TV. I don't know Why? I didn't get this sooner, could of saved money from using cable.

I got this for my parents to upgrade their viewing experience by matching the Roku with their new modem and router. It works great! It's fast with very little buffering and allows them access to all their favorites from a variety of sources. Great value and performance!

I do not have a smart TV but wanted to watch Netflix and Prime Video on my television instead of my computer! I can change between my cable and Apps without any problem. Best item I have ever bought for my TV. It was also easy to set up.

OMG!!! Why why why did I wait so long to cut the cord and make this purchase. Simple set up, user friendly. Amazing everything that is included, and the Roku channel is awesome. Great customer service from Best Buy!!!

It's Nice to have alternative network shows to watch. We decided to get Roku, so we can watch Disney + on our TV and not from a computer or laptop or phone. It's just unfortunate Disney + doesn't offer service on blue ray player apps, only on some smart televisions. We don't have a smart TV, so Roku was our best, more affordable option. Roku works great and we're not disappointed.

Love my Roku. Have been using it for many years and would not change for anything. It beats high subscription payments any day. There are enough channels to please anyone. Hoping though that Turner Classic Movies will be on to watch in the near future.

Works great, used it on a older smart TV that was not able to keep the software updated anymore and this was far cheaper than a whole new TV. Very fast response when scrolling in the menus as well-easy setup.

Very happy with my purchase. It makes everything you stream right in the palm of your hands. You can also cast photos and videos from your mobile device to your screen. Love it so much I am wanting to get more for my other TVs.

Had no issues setting up my roku in a spare bedroom for guests or if one of us want to watch something different in another room. I already had a roku in my den so this just adds to the convenience for TV watching or streaming.

I only use it for netflix and youtube tv and its great for that no lag good control simple to use.

Really like this for two reasons: Can take on trips and watch our TV shows in hotels. Recently bought a Samsung TV which doesn’t have the History and Discovery apps available. This gives us access to those apps and more. We have one of these on each of our TVs and love them.

Works as stated. A bit different with being plugged into the TV and plugged into the wall (full disclosure, I'm not sure how the usb charging works and keeps a charge as I have not tried it yet). Very easy to set up and use.
