Excellent device. Very easy to install, and a great back up if any of the built-in apps on our so-called smart TV get hung up. Needed the Roku to enable our TV brand to get the Apple TV app.

I recently cancelled my cable tv service, and purchased the Roku to fill in the gap. I wish I had done this long ago. The Roku Streaming Stick provides plenty of content, and is very easy to use. Setup was a breeze. I love my Roku!

As a long-term Roku user, this is the sweet spot in best value for the features. It also has significantly better wifi signal than the lower units. The remote has the power and volume functions so you don't need to use your TV remote.

I had a Sony DVD player with all the "smart" stuff included but the interface was kludgy and very slow/non-responsive. This is a really inexpensive way of doing the smart TV thing, and it likely is a better interface than many/most smart TV's built-in interface.

We have had some Roku's for about 8 years. While they were still working we wanted something newer. The streaming stick is great, easy to setup, and works just as expected. The ability to control the tv is greatly appreciated,

If you don't have a smart TV, you really need one of these! If you travel, you most certainly need one of these! Yes, this will work on a hotel TV, although the setup to connect to the hotel Wi-Fi is a little slow. Don't let that discourage you, it's worth the trouble. If you have Roku at home, you can now have all of your Roku apps/channels with you on the road. You can even watch your hometown news, if you are so inclined. And, you would be amazed how many commercial-supported free apps/channels are out there, just for the taking. It also has a voice-activated remote, which I have not tried, since my Roku TV has an old-fashioned manual type remote, and that's what I'm used to using. Downsides? I really can't think of one. What's not to like?

easy to setup, and works great. remote will only control a TV, so if you have a separate sound system, it won't work on both. BUT...that's minor issue. Great to have all of this flexibility in 1, compact, inexpensive device.

Purchased this for my mom and dad. They love it. Easy to set up and the video is high quality. Great item with a lot of free channels. It also supports all the major apps like Amazon, Disney plus and others.

I bought this to enhance my streaming experience & it did. I had the bottom of the line Roku player and with my HD TV, it just didn't perform as well as this one does. It was worth spending a little more money on it. The old one went to good use on a TV we don't use often.

This product meets all expectations. I installed 3 of these streaming devices (Den, Patio, and Bedroom). All connected to WiFi easily and the set up was straightforward. Would recommend this to anyone.

Bought this as a gift, because I recommend Roku streaming stick. I have had mine for a little over a year, and it’s great to get the apps that your TV catalog might not have available. The interface is easy to use and navigate.

Needed a way to stream Xfinity to a TV, and didn't want to shell out $10 a month to Comcast for a cable box. Plugged the Roku stick in my HDMI port and setup was a easy. Enhanced remote comes with volume and voice control. Navigating Comcast channels is a breeze.

Love this gadget. I have owned three and they are all amazing. I pair it with my spectrum account and I get the watch TV on any room without a cable box, plus we get an amazing assortment of apps to watch.

Setup was clumsy unless you were near a computer. If you watch mostly regular tv leaving Roku is a little bit of a extra step. Finding a listing of movies vs series is difficult. Streaming a series is easy once you have started as the system keeps track of where you are. Adding additional channels is easy but there is o information on what the other channels are like until you have added them.

Love Roku. Super user friendly interface. My only issue is that the batteries in the remote die very very fast, but the remote is very user friendly and small. Have Roku’s on three TV’s. Love it.

I bought this to add to a LG smart TV I bought in August. Even though that TV had airplay it seems like more and more apps are blocking it. This gives me access to so many of the cable programs I have through my cable account.

This is our second Roku. We love them. Very easy to install and use. one small issue we had was that my daughter has an older tv, so she needs an extender to install it. Easy to take with you on trips too! We have used it in hotels.

We had several Fire Sticks but Amazon and Google decide to not play nice. Roku could care less and the result of that is a more complete product. Youtube and Youtube TV with Amazon prime as well. Closest thing to this feature wise is Apple TV at three times the cost...

The Best! I love Roku streaming stick. I am for sure electronically "challenged", and this is so simply to install and use. It is my go to when ever we get a net tv.

This was the third Roku that I've purchased for my home, and I've been equally pleased with each purchase. Now that many cable companies charge a monthly fee for "cable box rental", it makes sense to seek alternatives, and this one shines above all others. I also have four Chromecasts (for streaming purposes, as I can't stream much to my Roku), but I've found I use the Roku sticks far, far more often. Nearly all of the most recent apps are supported (Cable Provider, Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, Vudu, YouTube, etc...). Many individual cable channels also have their own apps that are downloadable. The one drawback is that Roku has not worked out a deal with HBOMAX, so I continue to stream that app via my Chromecasts. Outside of that, it's a very valuable stick that I consider an absolute must-have in our home.
