Easy to set up, and lots of channel/app options. Would be nice if the channels/apps could be sorted into folders, or sections to organize better.

This did not work well on my TV the plug is in the back and we have poor internet reception. Had to return for the upgraded model to pick up the internet.

Remote poorly designed.

I almost purchased ROKU stock and have two other ROKU devices. I bought this on to take advantage of the 4K included in its design. I have it about a month and have already asked ROKU for a replacement. For some reason it would hang up on a certain app and I was unable to advance or go back. Then it began misbehaving on another app. In terms of design the mute button is about half way up the right side of the remote so when I (being right handed) use the remote in almost any way I can't avoid pressing the mute button. It is annoying. In this case I have to say I prefer my old Amazon FireStick.

In regards to your playback issue, we believe this has been resolved at this time. Please check for the latest update under your Settings menu and then restart your device. Our team has very recently been putting out updates to address user issues and improve system stability.
