Pain in the remote

Finding channels to add is easy and you can organize them in any order on your home screen. I couldn't get it to work with Alexa, which seems to be a common problem, but most of my issues are with the remote. I don't know why they bothered with a microphone since it doesn't seem to do anything and the remote itself constantly stops working. Every day or two it has to be paired in order to start up again. The power and volume work, but it stops controlling everything else. I thought this would be an upgrade for my old Apple TV, but it's not even close.

It’s really user friendly with your phone (IOS). The app options are abundant. The remote easy to use once you get use to the sound controls being on the side. The Roku app for your phone is also very user friendly. Roku also has their own app on the device that’s full of great stuff. I highly recommend this product.
