Excellent Streaming Device

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I got a free year of Apple TV+ with T-Mobile, so needed a method of accessing it on my non-smart TV. This worked first time. No buffering and delivers a smooth video feed. I then also used it for my ESPN+ and that worked great too. The remote also works to turn on my TV and adjust the volume.

Just okay

The initial set up was easy but time consuming. Once set up, it worked for a little bit but it kept getting disconnected to the internet. I tried unplugging and re-plugging the Roku stick but it kept doing the same thing. I then thought it was our internet connection, so I kept rebooting our router, but all of our other devices were connected to the internet but the Roku. Don’t really use the device all that much.

Easy setup

I like the Roku much better than the Streaming device it replaced. The channel selection is quite good. There should be a streaming channel for any interest. The video quality is good but I am not that particular, I thought old VHS tapes were ok. In summary it is a good value for the price and works great.

More bang for your buck

My son got me this for Christmas and I think you get a whole lot more bang for your buck with this than you get by purchasing the obscenely expensive Premium channels satellite tv sells these days. Easy to install, no complaints.
