I bought the wrong Ruko stick but because it was 28 days after my purchase and not 15 I now has a Ruko stick that will not work on my TV. My husband fell and dislocated his shoulder and I didn’t even try to set up the Ruko but when my daughter looked at it she said I purchased the wrong on. I wanted to exchange it but the boy said sorry. I’ll now need to rethink why I would ever buy anything from Best Buy again. Terrible customer service and ridiculous exchange policy

Pre-programmed buttons unchangeable/inconsistent

I have downgraded the rating due to Roku's promotional lock-out of remote buttons for the various streaming companies. I actually purchased 2 of these units. I bought one for a family member and by some stroke of luck, it had the 2 services they needed: Sling and Netflix. They liked it so much that I bought another for their 2nd TV. When I opened the box, there were different buttons. No problem, I thought. I'll just reprogram them and let them know which buttons will take them where they want to go. Except, the buttons are not reprogrammable. A quick search on the Internet confirmed that the buttons are completely useless for anything other than the service they are assigned. That means that even if a service goes out of business, you are still stuck with that useless button. If you don't mind the wasted remote real estate, go for it. If you want specific services on your buttons, see if there's some way too preview what buttons are on the unit in the box. But don't expect to change it to what's useful. Roku has chosen promotion over customer utility for this one.
