HBO MAX not available as advertised

Smartphone app allows typing search and navigating apps. Review would be excellent except subscription to HBO did not include HBO MAX. So had to cancel HBO MAX. ROKU just announced they offer HBO MAX, but I no longer trust ROKU to deliver this service.

Good upgrade

Everything works fine ( I like the additional buttons for apps on the front, as well as a TV power button), but the stick itself sticks out from the back of the TV and may cause installation problems on some TVs (mine was OK). You can order a short extension cord from Roku (free) if you have this problem, but it should have been included in the packaging. Other than that I would have given it 5 stars.

Roku Stick steaming device

It works very well. However, not knowing the difference, I bought the stick instead of the Roku device with a small box. The stick is limited to only showing the current programming with no additional information. My son stalled another Roku on my TV downstairs with a box (unknown to me) and I can get all programming with information included. Wish I had known what I was purchasing. Could not get help from a store clerk--none available.
