This is a great item to get to help save on your monthly cable bills. If you are like many ppl out there who wants to save money yet enjoys watching shows via multiple apps such as Hulu, Netflix, Tubi, Disney+, etc .... this is perfect for you. I used to use my Apple TV for this, but at 1/3 the cost, this Roku stock is great! Also- If you use Xfinity for your cable service, you can save money in the long run by streaming it through the Xfinity app, which you can download onto Roku. That will save you the equipment fee on the xfinity box every month. Considering getting another one for our 3rd tv and return that box as well.

I already have smart TVs but still got this because it’s very used friendly. My mom loves it because of it’s simple remote and she doesn’t have to click so many buttons.

I originally bought this one and two others to use them as extra Comcast xFinity extra cable boxes, but they quickly turned into so much more. Using the xFinity stream app, we are using these to watch cable on our other tvs and not paying those equipment rental fees. The program works just as a regular box does, but gives you the flexibility to use your service anywhere on any TV. The Roku device has so much other functionality with its native apps and channels that allow you to watch free content, Hulu, and Netflix. We are definitely happy with our purchase and now have cable in our guest room, master, and garage, plus the original cable box in our living room. I definitely recommend this purchase!

Better than the original roku’s Paid a good price too

Excellent product. Very easy to use. I have 4 of these sticks. Definitely get the 4k version. Video quality is amazing. A must have if you stream Spectrum TV.

Great product, with a wide range of streaming options. Setup was a breeze and we were up and running in minutes. Voice control is a nice feature but can be spotty.

We are now 2 months into cutting the TV cable and Roku has been an effective instrument for that change. This unit was purchased for our basement TV. The Roku experience has been great. Their system is intuitive to use, easy to negotiate and is proving to be cost effective. The cable cutting experiment continues with the most recent monthly cable bill reflecting a positive result. Our Best Buy consultant encouraged us in this direction and his guidance has proven profitable. This is yet another benefit of being a Beta member aside from price reductions.

I started with an Insignia Roku TV for our guest room but got talked into a Fire Stick for my main TV. Roku is far superior in performance. The Fire Stick is super touchy and disconnects at the slightest drop in internet speed. So when I added an older TV to our workout area, I chose a Roku Stick. This TV is the most distant from our router but Roku has no problems connecting and staying connected. The Amazon Fire Stick is right next to the router and continues to have issues. I'll be buying another Roku stick to replace it. A fancy interface isn't worth it when performance can't back it up.

Bought this for a TV thats a couple years old when I decided to eliminate cable. It works well and dosent drop the wifi connection ever. The picture is great and i really like the roku remotes.

I ended buy two one I saw how easy it was to use. It’s simpler than the Apple TV remote. I like the direct buttons for Netflix and Hulu.

This is the second one I purchased. First is for an old 2006 Hitachi big screen tv. I noticed that it had a port in the back which the Roku happened to fit in. To my surprise, I turned a 2006 big screen TV into a smart TV. The second stick is for my son's old Samsung smart TV which is not very internet friendly. I purchased a Roku Streaming Stick and now it is so easy to get to Amazon prime, IDGo, Etc. Etc. Not to mention, on the Samsung TV I don't even have to plug Roku into the wall. I just plug it in to the back of the TV and it gets the power it needs. Incredible.

Easy set-up, works well. Particularly like the NetFlix and Hulu buttons on the remote, plus being able to turn the tv on and off from the remote.

Solid product and easy to use. I have the original Roku but I wanted a 4K Roku to pair with my 4K tv. The addition of the volume button on the side is nice too.

This Roku streaming stick works incredibly well and also allows me to use the Apple TV app. The setup is very easy and the remote control or phone app controls work well.

The Roku has an easy interface to find and use all the streaming services. It helped us cut our cable which saves us more than $60 a month. The remote is small and easy to use. Set up is also a breeze.

Installation and setup instructions were straightforward and easy to complete. The picture quality is very good and the remote works well. Ideal for my situation to avoid installing cable in my den/exercise room. However based on the offerings, I am still not convinced I am ready to cut the cord with cable service for my primary tv.

We have the old Roku streaming stick and have no issues with it. We got this new Roku streaming stick to hook up an old analog large screen tv in the basement. We went with this since it has a longer range and the old tv is in the basement away from the router. The converter we purchased to take HDMI down RCA worked perfectly with this Roku stick. Now we have all of our streaming channels on the analog large screen tv in the basement. This is were my husband and I go to relax and let the kids have the upstairs. We love the Roku stick and the voice commands are very useful.

This roku is much quicker than my roku 2. Much nicer

This is a great purchase if you don't already have a smart TV, This stick will get your TV connected to the internet in just a couple of minutes, it is a easy setup and operates with ease.
