Simple set up, so many apps to choose from. Great value!

Roku has ease of use and this does not disappoint.

Works spectacularly. I've had a firestick before and I have all smart TV's but I still bought one for every TV because they work so well. I've had a lot of buffering issues with my TV's but I have no issues with this. Works great. Also a reasonable price!

This has been our saving grace when cutting the cord. The bonus feature of being able to plug you headphones into your cell for private listening is a huge bonus. We also love being able to control the volume and turn on the TV. I have not had any lag issues and we only have a 60 speed internet at this time.

I purchased the Roku because like many others, I'm tired of paying outrageous prices to the cable company. I do like that my costs have dropped about $100 a month since I still have to pay for internet service. Roku does have alot of channels and options however your major networks are not entirely free. If you want to watch anything live, you have to pay for a monthly subscription. I have Hulu and Netflix. Hulu regular is good because at least you can watch current tv shows and episodes the day after they air. On Roku, the ABC, NBC and CBS networks generally don't let you watch anything until they unlock the episode which takes up to a week or so. So Hulu does help if you're looking for a quicker turnaround. Overall, it's not bad but if you're still looking for that option of turning on the tv and surfing channels, Roku isn't for you unless you get Hulu Live or some other live streaming service. Even then, by the time you pay for your internet service and your live service, you're basically back at paying $100 or so for the TV viewing services. The other alternative it to get a digital indoor antenna which is my next step to be able to watch the local news and such without paying for a subscription. Oh and the remote for Roku is very touchy. If you press the volume button the wrong way, it takes you back to the main menu. It's a little annoying but manageable,

Much improved over the previous sticks. Volume control is a nice addition. Voice control is a pleasant experience also. It also receives a much stronger WiFi signal than the previous one, in the exact location I get all bars as opposed to only 3 with my old Roku. This was an unexpected bonus. I would definitely recommend this!

It works so much better than I ever thought it would.

Only tested on 1080p. Volume and tv on off works on my older sony tv out of the box. A pain to type in email and passwords for apps that require it but you only have to do it once. Some menus are slow. Dec 2020 got HBO max app! Be sure to turn off tracking in settings.

If you buy a smart TV and have reservations about “cutting the cord”, this is a must for you. All the regular cable channels plus so many additional channels like Disney+ and Netflix. Makes staying close to home a real pleasure! We bought a second one for the lower level as well.

This Roku stick is a significant upgrade from older models. It functions perfectly at greater distance from the WiFi than the older version. The voice remote works great. Download the Roku app and the remote is on your phone enabling private listening.

Should have bought one sooner. Saves me money compared to subscribing to cable. It is quite easy to operate it with just one remote.
