Very easy to hook up and to use. Wish it connected to the internet a little faster sometimes.

I wanted to cut the cable cord on a summer rental house we have. I checked with our repeat renters and found they mostly stream. Perfect solution! I upped the speed of the internet and removed the cable channels. I saved over 70 bucks a month.

EASY TO USE DEVICE WITH DECENT WIFI RANGE, AND STRENGTH

For streaming, the Roku works great. The remote control needs a lot of work. Volume control on the side keep getting bumped when you pick up the remote. An expanded keyboard with numeric keys that would work for whatever media you are streaming would be nice, instead of having to go back to guide and arrow up/arrow down to find the channel you want—in other words, a true universal remote, would be a plus.

I found out that you can plug this into the usb port on your TV. After you do that, it turns your TV into a Roku TV. What a concept. Who would have ever thought about doing something like that? What's next? Building Roku right into the TV?

Very easy to set up and use. Really good resolution but not so good wifi range.

I don't think that is fair give me to tell you about this device because I could not use but after using Android TV box I guess I got spoiled this device right after box it came with the activation code on the TV I was supposed to activate it and it says it's a free activation but it kept telling me there is an error so I called the phone number they told me I have to pay 2995 one time fee I asked I thought it was free activation they said this is not for activation this is fetouh active to start the device and I just thought with my Android box I purchase the box in I'm done why do I have to pay fees for those people then I found out there that is free channels which is I don't care about I got cable anyway another thing on Android box I could put wireless mouse wireless keyboard and I use it like I'm using a regular computer for streaming or web surfing sO for me it wasn't worth it I took it back. This Roku is plugged into the back of my A/V Receiver and it works great. I just select it with my Universal remote and the Roku screen saver appears. But remember, universal remotes won't control the unit. Roku uses RF to control the device. You must use the Roku remote.

Nice product, easy to setup. drawing power via tv via usb cable saves having to run plug to an outlet.

The Roku works well with Comcast Xfinity. It can stream Xfinity programs to TV’s where you don’t have cables installed, like your patio or deck. You can also use a Roku and cut back on the number of Xfinity boxes you rent from Comcast.

Roku is a great streaming platform and this product was as described by your friends, family or anyone else you heard about Roku from. I've had a Fire stick and I find Roku to just be more user friendly for myself and people I've recommended it to.

I use my Roku stick to view channels that I can no longer view on cable channels. It's a nice back up.

RoKu has been a blessing and life saver especially during this pandemic. It provides special viewing for my family and is a great alternative to cable. It provides a surplus of channels that are available anytime. Great purchase.

I'm new to streaming. Set up of Roku takes 30 min (or more). Connecting to my Wifi took several attempts and resets. Once connected, Roku has worked well. Like the small single remote. Haven't tried the voice function as I was primarily wanting 4K capability.

It has all the apps I wanted to see my shows and it is very easy to find the apps on the system

Works rather well with our TV in the basement and has saved us money by returning a cable box.
