My only issue is the remote has already lost the 'connection' twice and I have to reset it. It's not difficult to do, just a pain.

They are incredibly smooth and responsive, and the number of apps is excellent. The only reason I gave it a 4 instead of 5 is because it does not support Dolby Vision. But don't let that dissuade you because its 4K HDR 10 performance is great.

The buttons, however, are difficult to distinguish when you are trying to navigate them in the dark without looking at the remote. You can't see the buttons in the dark either in that they don't light up.
