We have (5) of these in our home - we love them. My XFinity box would take forever to start up and this is much better.

We bought the Roku as an alternative to another service we had that was very costly. So far it has extended beyond our TV viewing needs.

Didn't expect so many streaming channels! The stick works as it should and the Roku service is fantastic!! So glad I purchased.

It took us a while to figure out password and strength of signal but not the product fault. Need to have a geek squad guy live in this house.

Some times the remote does not respond. The stick a lot does not turn on when prompted to needs to be unplug and plugged in again, simple task looks like I will have to live with it. But it is needed to cut the expensive cable services.

When your child goes off to college and you want to make sure they have some outlet during lockdown, this is awesome.

Great value for such a little device. Menu system could use an update. Still a bit clunky, but that's not a big deal.

After a few hiccups to start the roku stick has been a nice alternative to having a cable box. Streaming is seamless and quick. I’m a fan.

I bought 2 of these at different times. The first one I got, the 2nd day were using it, I received an error msg on my TV stating the “Roku was OVERHEATING...” I checked and the Roku stick was very hot to the touch, so I unplugged it. The next night, I plugged it back in to see if it would work, thinking maybe it was just a fluke, but about 2 hrs later I got the same message. So I unplugged it and returned it to the store. I tried it again about a month later with a new Roku stick and within a couple of hours I got the same msg, so I unplugged it. The stick was really hot again, so I left it unplugged. The following day I had Xfinity our for a service call and the stick was still unplugged. As I explained to them what happened I reach back and felt the power supply plug that was plugged into my surge protector and that was really hot. All the other plugs plugged into that surge protector felt fine except for the power plug for the Roku stick. So I returned that one too. I was only using the Roku for Xfinity Stream but I am not going to take a chance of having it start a fire in my house or screw up my TV. I’ve had a Fire Stick for the past 2 years and have never had that happen once with it. So I’m sticking with my Fire Stick!!

It doesn't turn on and off my Sony TV but I love that it has the spectrum app not user friendly though

Awesome - best thing I have bought in a long time. Ditched cable tv, saving a fortune and totally enjoying Roku.

Works like a charm (as soon as I realized that I had to put the batteries in the unit). Duh. Very good value for money.

Decided to stop paying for crazy cable bills and went with a ROKU. It takes a little to get use to but I am glad we decided to make the change.
