    The new Roku are so easy to set up and use. And purchased online using the contactless pickup and it was a breeze.

    Was using an expensive DVD player with WiFi to access Netflix but the unit was constantly freezing up. Bought this Roku and have had no problems since.

    Good Product. I need an upgrade of it. Volume + Voice Recognition is what I need in my life. The salesperson really could have upsold me on this product. I bought like 2 or 3 of them.

    I didn't notice any increase in boot up speed for the 4k Roku relative to my previous generation Roku. The mute button is not on the 4k Roku controller. The previous gen had a mute button. To mute you have to hold the - volume button until you hit zero.

    Works great, but be ready to add to the cost with a steaming service like hulu or utube because Roku channel offerings are minimal
