Defective Junk on Day 1

Upon first connecting it to my LG 55UH8500 4K TV I got a solid white light on the unit.....an no video or audio. After unplugging and plugging it back in several times I finally got it to display. I added some channels and did the obligatory sign-ins on a few, started watching one and suddenly the broadcast just dropped. Nothing. Zero. Nada. Called tech support, did the idiotic troubleshooting tryouts and they determined I need to take the defective piece of garbage back to Best Buy. Great job, Roku....this was my very first Roku device and a day one purchase failure.

War of the sticks
