    Video and audio processing are both excellent. The video sometimes displays horizontal lines in parts of the image, but the problem is not persistent.

    Device is good but remote needs improvement. Have issues occasionally where it doesn't work or the Roku device doesn't respond to it. Batteries are new.

    Initially my older Samsung TV would not recognize this Roku Stick+, but I was able to plug it into another tv to lower the resolution and then it worked on my tv.
