Not What I thought it would be

I was told that the Buffering would stop with the use of this streaming stick, they were wrong. I saw no changes or improvements.

Now I have been notified that Roku and YouTube TV are no longer getting along, so I may have to return the to streaming devices I purchased....

don't like the remote

The issue I have is with the remote. It doesn't have numbers for me to enter the channels I want. So everytime I want to get to a different channel, I need to do browse or search again. Also, no "back" or "last" to go back to the previous channel. Other than that, it is decent.

Solid search options but occasional bugs

Owned for 4 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The benefit of the Roku is its voice search option which searches multiple apps and services. Unlike Amazon or Google options, Roku is non-discriminatory in its search results. I do find that the accuracy is sometimes questionable: Roku will tell you a show is free on x app but then when you download the app you find it’s not free. So be it. Still a nice option to have. Lately I have been having an increasing frequency of audio stutters that require a device restart a few times a week that has become an annoyance. One key feature that differentiates the Roku from the Fire Stick is that you can have your TV audio run through the Roku app so that the tv audio goes to any headphones you have connected to your phone and mutes the tv. Very helpful if you want to watch a show in bed while a partner sleeps or otherwise just doesn’t want to listen to what you have playing.

Roku - Streaming Stick+ 4K Streaming Media Player

The volume increase and decrease moves VERY slow. While watching a show the scene will freeze a couple of times for a little bit. I like the preset Netflix, Disney +, and Hulu buttons and that I can watch Discovery +
