I find that the reaction time is a little slow when selecting channels or raising the volume. The volume buttons need to be removed from the side of the remote as they tend to get in the way when handling the remote.

The absolute worst streaming device I've ever used

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased this for my parents but it turns out that, even though it claims to be compatible with 1080p TVs, it's not compatible with my parents 1080p Insignia TV so I had them mail it back to me so I could return it but I thought - maybe I would like it as an alternative to the laggy "smart OS" of my Vizio TV... holy crap was I wrong. This is literally as bad as it gets, from sometimes taking up to an entire minute just to register an input as simple as just pressing the down arrow - to you telling the device "NO" I don't want to add additional channels only for it to force you to view and install them anyway - please avoid this product at all costs; it's complete garbage.
