This was great in cutting the cord. Easy to use remote. Great picture. I don’t miss Dish at all. Saving lots of money.

We have had them all: Apple TV, Chromecast and Roku. We prefer this to using the built in apps on our very expensive Samsung TV. This version of Roku has the same great menu, but it has TV controls, which is a game changer for us. No more using two remotes to turn on the TV and changing the volume. Plus the speed is faster. Got it on sale for $10 off too, so we're really happy. Roku makes us enjoy our TV even more than before.

Roku is so easy to use and the voice feature is even easier. Get rid of cable and just use roku!

Roku is hands down the best streaming value in the marketplace. It can support nearly every app you could want and the interface is simple and easy to use. I have 2 of these and a Roku ultimate in my house and everyone here finds them easy to use. Only drawback is that you cannot program their remote into another remote in most cases. Thus, another remote for the pile. However, it is small so not bad.

I've had Firesticks, AppleTV, Google Chrome and Roku. After 10 years of trying all devices, I now have only Rokus. They use a great technology that synchronizes all rokus and there's no lag when you use it, not to mention that updates are seamless and their overall lifetime is way better than its competitors.

Roku is a must-buy! Very easy installation. Remote control has volume control, too.

If you need to update your Roku, get this! My other Roku is close to 10 years old, and we decided to update our roku with our TV. Very impressed with the stick and now I have two very dependable roku's in my house!

Roku is a much better streaming device than the Amazon Firestick. I probably have well over 8 Amazon Firesticks throughout my house and at my vacation properties and the ROKU is much better for streaming purposes. The Amazon Firestick and Fire TV has a Alexa and is much more integrated w/ a smart home, but I like to carry a ROKU in my bag at all times for instances where I don't have cable or anything b/c I can setup the Wifi Hotspot on my phone.

With cable prices going up, and needing cable boxes to watch ANYTHING, not economical to get boxes for all tvs in the house - especially those not used that often. Roku to the rescue! Easy, one time setup - follow instructions on phone. Clear picture - every station on cable box available on roku. Only drawback is remote only changes channels up or down. Can't select station by punching in number - you must use up or down selection arrows.

This is my favorite Roku model. It's fast and can easily be hidden behind the tv.

I bought my first Roku stick for my porch TV and loved the ease of setup, and ease of use so much that I bought a second one for another TV. I like the + version because of the distance from my WiFi router is a pretty good distance, but it still works really well. This also allowed me to ditch the cable box and save the monthly fee of the cable box. The Roku stick is quick to turn on and load any app I want to run and so far it’s really working well.

I was streaming video through my BlueRay player which involves too many devices. I was amazed how much faster It is using the Roku stick. I had some unexplained start-up issues which Roku support helped me with. I would recommend powering the stick from the AC outlet and not the TV USB port to eliminate potential performance issues.

We love roku streaming! So many choices!!! The roku is very easy to transition from cable to streaming!

My wife and I purchased a ROKU about 9 or 10 years ago. This was our 3rd upgrade. So far, we are able to access so many movie and TV apps. We get so many movie choices now and we pretty much get to watch what we want. It was virtually painless when we CUT THE CORD last month saving us over $100.00 dollars a month. We no longer feel we are wasting almost $200.00 for the many, many, many channels we never watched. The unit works as expected and I wish we had cut the cord years ago.

Roku works better than the in-board software in TVs. However, we use this Roku with an older TV that does not have wireless so it also makes it good to work with our new Tablo DVR recorder. The Tablo we bought is also capable of being a tuner for all over the air channels so don't even need a seperate antenna connection for each TV. You just need good wireless internet in the house.

Have chromecast and roku in our house and enjoy the roku better. Having the remote is nice and the on-screen interface
