The user interface is clunky and time consuming to use, the quality of streaming content was just 'ok' and why is it that they haven't figured out how to develop a stick that is powered by simply plugging into the T.V. ? Having an additional power supply and cord is a pain.

A clean app menu that's not overly complicated or cluttered and a plethora of apps available. My only complaint (and it's a big one) is with the remote. I can't believe they would settle for such a poorly designed remote. It's incredibly frustrating that a slight bump, nudge or inadvertent handling can cause it to leave the program you are watching and open another app or go to the home screen. As well, having the volume and mute buttons on the side is incredibly dumb. It's way too easy to accidentally change the volume or hit the mute button just by holding the remote. If you pick it up, move it, drop it, or dang near just look at it you're pretty much guaranteed an interruption in what you are watching.
