The power cord easily comes disconnected and turns the whole thing off. It basically just sits in the port, there is nothing holding it there, so the slightest pump dislodges it.

Takes a few minutes to ‘warm-up’ before it works. I actually downloaded the app to my phone and use that as the remote. Good selection of channels but it takes time to set them up.

Navigating successfully is a challenge. I think I would have been just as satisfied with the entertainment performance by not going so high end, i.e. spending less money.

Waiting on an hdmi extender from roku to supposedly help with the overheating.

The guide function is more limited than cable remotes and scrolling is also limited. The overall cost is good but cable remotes offer a better experience.

There is not that great of a selection unless you pay for it. Most of the material does not appeal to me. And the device broke twice and I was face to buy new ones every time.

It also restarts at least once a day so we may have gotten a defective one. But everything else works and it's in the office so it'll do.

It did not work correctly for my old Sony T.V. so I bought a lower model. It doesn't have a port for headphones., otherwise it similar.

It’s pretty much a pain to always have to return to the guide then go up and down channel by channel. If we didn’t need it for the Spectrum app we would have returned it the 2nd day.
