Great when it works

The one I bought is great when it works but there are times when it completely blacks out or the HDCP error pops up very often. I tried all of the online solutions; however, I must have gotten a defective stick. Too late to exchange so I guess I’m check with Roku support to see if I can get a replacement.

frustrating

I will have to call either roku or my internet and waste time trying to make it work . i expect it will work after hours of screwing around . wish I hadn't got a tv without my favorite services already installed . I bought my set online for curb pickup . that was a mistake . extra cost and still not working .

Does not work with a soundbar.
