It connects to 5Ghz wireless with no problem. Everything about it works great and the concept is solid. Why the 2 star rating? The performance significantly degrades over time (slow starts, frequent reboots, freezing). I have purchased 5 Roku devices for 2 TV's. I will try the Roku TV when the next one goes out. If the TV has the same issues, I will switch platforms (Firestick, AppleTV).

The installation highly Complicated.. I was prompted to call a number where I would get assistance for the installation but instead, I was talking to Scammers that once they guided with a DECEIVED INSTALLATION I was told to pay through a Credit card or PayPal $89. Be careful do not do it!!! Finally I got it to work when the RIGHT TELEPHONE NUMBER!

Voice control really not worth the extra money. You have to push the microphone button to use it so its just as easy to just push the button on the remote for what you are trying to do. I will be returning it
