Stick is too large to fit most TV’s hdmi port without an adapter (not included -why???). Extra step and 1 week wait to get from Roku. No phone support tech line as well so will return to BB.

But I am not happy at all that it totally disabled my TV remote in order to do so. I can no longer use the timer, mute, or any of the other features from my TV remote. If I was able to figure out how to make my TV remote functional again, I would very happily sacrifice the volume control.

The device is not able to connect to the internet and keeps on saying there is no internet connection. The wireless connection from speakeasy.net shows as follows Download at 459.6 Mbps and upload at 41.8 Mbps. The device is in open space so lots of room to breath. Please advice. Purchased Jun 26, 2020 at Modesto, CA from BestBuy with a 2 year warranty. Thank you

Totally not true and in fact Roku isn’t needed with the smart tv as it is redundant. Not seeing what paying $70 for Roku brings to viewing that you don’t already have with Netflix and Hulu!
